SNOOP - Special Needs Objective Outreach Project
SNOOP provides a range of services for children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs aged 2-25 from all over the Bradford district.
The project provides play, leisure, and social care activities for children and yound people, allowing for carers breaks.
The ethos for the project is that any child or young person is welcome no matter what their needs are.
All staff at SNOOP are highly qualified and have a wealth of experience and experitse working with children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs.
